Natural and artificial wood veneers for the production of profile wrapping veneer are carefully selected in the quality required by our customers and these A quality veneers are taken into production. Since this product is backed with 30 or 50 gr interlining and calibrated, it can be easily wrapped around the most difficult profile shapes in profile wrapping machines.
While producing profile wrapping coatings, we continuously cooperate with our customers to meet their valuable demands.
Profile wrapping coatings are water resistant. You can apply water-based paint 7 days after fusing.
Their surfaces are calibrated.
D-3 is used as standard for fusing and you can wrap profiles with EVA-based adhesives.
IMPORTANT: If you are going to use solvent based glue for profile wrapping, please ask us for products made of D-4 or PUR (polyurethane reactive glue).

Important
If you are going to make your profile wrapping process with SOLVENT BASED and PO or especially if the products you make will be used in OUTDOORS (Hotel and residential exteriors, garden pergola and roof systems, balconies and applications etc.) OR IF THE COATINGS WILL BE USED IN ENVIRONMENTS THAT CONTAIN WATER VAPOR, HIGH HUMIDITY AND EXTREME TEMPERATURE LIKE BATHROOMS, you must request that the coatings be interlining with PUR glue (poly urethane reactive).
